To Whom It May Concern,
Alberta Cancer Foundation’s Underwear Affair® presented by Mark’s Work Wearhouse provides you with
the opportunity to personally impact the course of a heartbreaking disease. On June 18, 2011, women
and men from the Edmonton area will join forces for a 10K run or 5K walk and make a real difference in
the fight against often underfunded cancers like prostate, colorectal and cervical. The net proceeds will
benefit the Alberta Cancer Foundation, a leader in this critical cause.

the Underwear Affair and has committed to running 10K or walking 5K and raising a minimum of $300 to
aid in this ongoing fight. Please accept this letter to acknowledge their fundraising activities in the
community and their heroic commitment to the cause.
