Menu Plan this week
I thought I would share my menu plan with you this week. I've already posted the first two dinners and I will continue to post the rest as I make them.
Monday: Potato and Ham Soup with cheese buns and homemade garlic butter
Tuesday: Lemon Pepper Salmon topped with Pineapple Salsa and served with ginger and lemon scented rice.
Wednesday: Glazed Pork Chops w/ Herb and Garlic Mashed potatoes and cranberry orange salad.
Thursday: Bugolgi Beef with stir fry bell pepper and sticky rice.
Friday: Going to a wedding
Saturday: orange Thyme Chicken with Parmesian roasted potatoes and glazed carrots.
Sunday: Grilled Salmon with acorn squash and broccoli cheddar rice.
